Get involved

We welcome contributions to the project at any level — be that subscribing to the mailing list, joining KForge Club, providing feedback on the system, fixing bugs, or coding new features and plugins.

1. Want to stay in touch? Join the general kforge-user discussion list. You will receive occasional announcements about new releases, polite questions from users about the software, and public calls for participation in KForge Club (see below).
2. Want to provide a KForge service? You can join KForge Club. You will make friends with other KForge service providers, and help decide the future of the project.
3. Want to take a look at the code? You can grab it from our svn repository. You will find the KForge code is well-tested, well-factored, easy to change, and easy to extend via its plugin system (see docs for more information).
4. Have ideas for new KForge features or improvements to the documentation? Let us know on the mailing list or through KForge Club. You will receive a quick reply.
5. Want to make a donation to help us continue our efforts? Please make donations directly to KForge Club (see above), or alternatively to either the Open Knowledge Foundation or the Appropriate Software Foundation (both are not-for-profit). You will be thanked and remembered.
